About Me:

My name is TraVon Bowman, I was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 1st, 1993. I have lived in Bexley my whole life and I have been in the Bexley School system since pre-school. I am currently a Senior at Bexley High School located in Bexley, Ohio. I’ve played baseball since I was 3, I know the game but I am willing to always learn more, I play 3rd and sometimes 1st but 3rd is my primary position. and I am a baseball player who is extremely interested in your university and athletic program. Currently attending Bexley High School in Ohio, I will graduate in spring of 2012 and have a strong desire to compete in college which is why I have begun contacting coaches of baseball teams and universities that are strong academic, athletic, and personal matches.

I have had three different high school coaches since I have been on the Varsity baseball team. My current Coach(Tom Marker) has been the coach for two years now and this will be his third year which is my Senior year. I am on the Varsity baseball team, I have made played Varsity since a Freshman, I have also started Varsity since my Freshman year and I was awarded the Sportsmanship Award my Sophomore year. I have quick hands with a very fast transfer but kinda a weak arm because I have a hitch in my arm motion which generates a 70-72 mph ball across the infield. I am not very fast my 60-time is a 7.6 and my home to first is a 4.03. I have a great bat and can hit with power.
